The connection failures can be caused randomly by the server issue.

Whenever this occurs, our engineering team will review this issue with the servers and fix it as soon as possible.

In the meantime, as a possible solution, we suggest deleting and re-installing the app to your device or closing unnecessary applications while playing the game, as this can cause run-time issues.
