Suppose you have lost access to your game account. Please submit a new ticket from the device you want to play the game by going to the in-game support button (Menu - Profile - Settings - Help/Contact Us - Contact Support).
This will capture the required account details from your device for us to recover your account.
Also, we will need the following information to proceed further:
* The name associated with the account you’d like to transfer (case sensitive, provide the exact name)
* The number of the world that the account is located in.
For security and verification purposes, please answer any of the below two questions:
* Screenshots or receipt information for in-app purchases (please attach the screenshot to this email or list out order details)
* Recent in-game item purchases using gold - specify the date, item, and amount of gold spent
* Your last login time.
