Accidental Purchase Monetary Refund

If you made any accidental purchase in Google Play and want a monetary refund

We suggest you contact Google Play support, and they will be glad to assist you, or what we can do from our end is provide you with a different bundle at the equivalent price.

iOS:

If you made any accidental purchase in iTunes and want a monetary refund. Please know that we cannot process missing orders or refunds on purchases made through iTunes. We would request you to contact Apple for a refund.

Here are the steps to contact Apple:

Open iTunes on your computer.

Navigate to iTunes Store >> Account

At the bottom of the page will be a footer link to Support.

You can go into your Purchase History and Click on Report a Problem for refunds on a specific transaction. Fill out the form detailing the reason you are seeking a refund. If the form cannot be accessed, try filling out the online form instead. Submit the form.

Or, what we can do from our end is provide you with a different bundle at the equivalent price.
